Description

The Niemeyer armchair is named after the Brazilian Architect Oscar Niemeyer whose Architecture was spread like sculptural poetry in the History of humankind. The rounded lines of the armchair are influenced by the remarkable ‘Casa das Canoas’ designed by Niemeyer in 1951.

The flat roof offers its flowing forms to the round seat. The backward movement of the curve that frames a large granite boulder is recreated by the location of the seams in a meticulous upholstered work that flows all around the arms of the armchair. The Niemeyer modern armchair is an artistic design with a sense of comfort that can be used as a lounge chair in luxury hotels and chalets or as a distinctive design in the most creative interiors.

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY

You will be contacted when your items are ready and prompted to schedule your delivery. At the time of scheduling, please notify Lapa of any special delivery requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, gated entry access, proof of insurance for high rise and condominium buildings, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator reservations.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY

Please note that we are unable to unpack or assemble lighting, and certain other restrictions may apply. We ask that you inspect your item(s) before our delivery professionals leave your home.

ITEMS REQUIRING PROFESSIONAL ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION

Our delivery includes bringing the package into the adress, but does not include unpacking the item(s), removing packaging from the home, or assembling or installing the item(s). Professional assembly and installation is required. Please refer to the product details for more information.

An authorized adult, 18 years or older, must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.

In the event of any defect or damage noted at the time of delivery, Lapa will replace the item.
